Liza is the Area Manager. Liza’s role involves supporting the Manager of each setting. Liza aims to driving quality forward. Working with the Directors and Settings to provide childcare to meet the needs of the children and families in our care.
Liza began her career in 1997 as an Apprentice, working hard to achieve her NVQ level 3 in Childcare and Education qualifying in 1999.
2 years later Liza worked her way up the ladder and became a Senior Practitioner.
Liza was managing her 1st setting from 2002, gaining her Level 5 in Management a few years later.
In 2015 Liza completed her Foundation Degree in Leadership and Management, then gained her BA Hons in Early Years Practice in 2016.
Liza is passionate about driving standards forward for all children in the Early Years and hopes to achieve her Early Years Teacher Training in 2021.
