Liza began managing the Cross Lane site in 2002 and later became Manager of St. Peter's Out of School Club in 2009. At College Liza studied Psychology, Sociology and English Language. She began her career with Wind in the Willows as a Modern Apprentice successfully achieving her NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education.
Liza then became a Senior Nursery Nurse at Wind in the Willows Pewfall and has also served as an NVQ Assessor for 5 years at Willows Training.
During her time with Wind in the Willows Childcare Liza has completed and successfully achieved the following-:
- NVQ Level 4 in Business Management
- NVQ level 3 in Customer Care
- Paediatric First Aid
- Level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene
- SENCO for Cross Lane and St. Peter's Out of School Club
