Neil and Ginny created the business in 1993 due to the demand for high quality child care at competitive prices in the area. Together they opened their first Wind in the Willows Nursery on Earle Street, Newton-le-Willows in 1993.
Neil’s responsibilities within the business include; accounts management, maintenance and IT.
Neil was a local Ward Councillor for Newton-le-Willows for 16 years and was Mayor of St Helens in 2010/11. He is also a serving board member of St Helens Chamber. Neil has a particular interest in supporting small businesses in the area.
Previously Neil worked in retail management for over 25 years.
